I am a coach at heart! I have wanted to be a coach since I was a little girl and desired to make a difference in other people’s lives! I started running track when I was in 6^th grade and my coaches believed in me. I worked hard and losing was not an option. As I got older, my competitive nature has helped me succeed in many aspects of my life. My coaching began when I relocated to Santa Clarita in 1999 and I responded to an ad for volunteers to help with the SCVSO (Special Olympics). I became a year round coach and was an integral part of developing their sport programs. I also participated as a unified partner where coaches and athletes competed on teams together. Over the next several years I coached my teams to many gold medals and coached my unified floor hockey team to a Silver Medal at the State Level. When my son was old enough to compete in the City programs, I became very active as a coach with Warrior Track & Field, Cougar Football; as a conditioning coach, and the first female on the coaching staff. In 2008 I was asked to coach the sprinters at West Ranch High School which has been a great experience.

My coaching approach is a vital part of my full time real estate career. It is all about helping people and coaching them through the many fields of real estate. Whether it is a buyer’s market, a seller’s market or a normal market, my job is to get you “fit” for your next transaction! As your coach I will prepare a game plan for your own personal needs. Bad credit? That’s ok. This is called “pre-season training”. I will help you fix your credit and get you financially healthy to purchase a home. Are you ready to buy? I will help you understand the buying process in today’s market and set realistic goals for buying your next home. Need to sell? I will coach you through your many options enabling you to make an educated decision about the best course for your financial future.
